If I see testicles on your pet or protuberant nipples on female dogs who obviously then aren't spayed, I know the owner is probably shitty. Shelters overflow with pets, spay and neuter your pets.
Or you rescued a good girl that has been used for breeding before she went to the shelter. But yes I agree with you in general.
