Seems one of the best versions of the 4 mana return 2 cards slot we've seen.
Maybe that's because it's in tension with GB's forage ability, which wants to exile from the GY instead?
UB threshold rats likes it, once you've got 8 cards in the yard anyway.
Edit: the slot is usually 2B, not 3B. That's why it is stronger.
