Insgesamt kostet der Neubau 3,2 Millionen Euro. Gebaut wird eine überdachte Fahrradabstellanlage mit etwa 800 Abstellplätzen, Flächen für Lastenfahrräder, einem Reparaturservice, E-Bike-Ladestellen und einer Photovoltaik-Anlage.

4000 pro Stellplatz kommt mir viel vor.

Ist es auch.

Edit: gibt wohl auch noch ne Werkstatt. Aber effizient Parkplätze schaffen ist das auf keinen Fall.

Wobei das denke ich immer noch günstiger ist, als die gleiche Menge an Parkplätzen für Autos zu schaffen.

Die durchschnittlichen Baukosten für ein Parkhaus mit mehreren Geschossen belaufen sich auf ca. 5.000 Euro pro Stellplatz [¤/St]. Das ist scheinbar gar nicht so unterschiedlich. Hoffentlich nehmen die keine 2 Euro pro Stunde für den Fahrradparkplatz.
