Yeah but he didn't do it on day one by executive order as promised and of course he didn't propose a plan to cover everyone for less money. It's my personal one-man conspiracy theory that there was no intention to repeal obamacare, it's way too popular. It was all talk to rile up the base. John McCain was used as the scapegoat as he wasn't planning to run for relection.

Easiest done by letting Putin know you won't nuke him for nuking Ukraine.
