So in this latest tit-for-tat, the "terrorist organization" precisely targeted a military vehicle.

Then, "the most moral army in the world" responded by dropping internationally banned chemical agent on a few towns.

WP isn't banned outright, using it on people is a war crime though.

It has legitimate uses for illumination and smokescreen cover. Saying it's "banned" is objectively incorrect.

If they were at war this would be a war crime as I understand it. For now it's just a sparkling atrocity.
