I'm using Connect, Sync and Infinity. Sync is the most polished but Connect is very close. Connect let's you post as well as reply whereas Sync and Infinity only let you reply.

you know, you can block ads on Android. add as many trackers as you want, NextDNS will just sinkhole them πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ it works just like PiHole. Adguard is good too. no need for any subscription.

Imma stick with Jerboa. Their gradual improvement is amazing!

Interesting. I haven't come across any ads yet.

I'll wait on sync until infinity for lemmy becomes usable, but yeah, infinity better

How? I've been using sync for Reddit for so long I never tried some of the other ones like body or infinity. I actually had no idea it was open source either

Are people not using Memmy?

I can’t keep up with all the apps anymore.

Summit has gotten really good too, and has infinite scrolling and edge-to-edge display.

I don't really get the drive towards Sync. Sure, it's familiar, but lots of better options out there.

Is it real? Is it maintained by the same developer as Infinity For Reddit?

[–] [email protected] 5 points 1 year ago

Open source you say πŸ₯Ί

I've tried all the clients that I could get my hands on and Voyager (vger.app) is what I've settled on. Awesome UI, lightweight web app, frequent updates.
