which one wold pair up better, less bottleneck and all that, a bottleneck calculator said the 560 works better, can i trust it? Is there any other gpus i should consider? (Small budget, Brazil is complicated)

(I use linux, if that changes something)

Generally the Rx 560 (or 570 if you can) would be the better option. Your main limiting factor is your CPU not only are you going be slightly underpowered in the CPU department but take it from me someone who also owns a ivy bridge CPU in there main and only desktop they are nearing there end point still a few more good years in erm though. They don't support the latest instruction sets which is a shame. I recommend you upgrade to a 3770(k if your motherboard supports it) then start looking to upgrade to something like am4 or 5 good luck mate
