From a dev who's been working on implementing Wi-Fi support since before Citra's shutdown. GPUCode, the dev behind Citra's Vulkan backend, also made a couple of PRs targeting this fork.
None of the forks have had any mejor advancements iirc. It's all been logo or README changes.
Well it would be nice to know which ones to trust
You can still get the Retroarch Citra core if that works for you.
