Big threads slow to load? (self.lemmy_support)

I've noticed that the big threads (like the ones on asklemmy@lemmy.ml) with a few hundred comments take a noticeably long time to load.

Is this just a me thing or a known issue?

I think it's a servers thing. Lemmy.ml is under a lot of pressure lately.
