Why Oregon? What data and facts support this change?

Loving the fact that we Oregon residents decided to pass that as an issue we could vote on, just for politicians to basically say we're wrong and changing it without any vote.

So I guess they'll just fill up the court system instead? Seems like a shortsighted way to combat a drug problem.
