Yeah, just never mind the G-forces would turn the passengers into mush. That doesn't matter.

There are a lot of issues with the hyperloop concept but G-forces is not one of them. The article says a max speed of 700 mph, you can get to that speed in just over a minute at just 1/2G and less if you go longer. You've got something like a 10 minute trip here where you spend the first and last minute or 2 accelerating.

The actual engineering issues are maintaining an 85 mile long vacuum and escape routes for passengers from said vacuum.

G-forces are one, they just choose to ignore them. The Hyperloop is a concept that is more fiction than science fiction.

I agree with you that the hyperloop concept is fiction, but I still maintain the acceleration needed for passenger ground travel at 700mph is not unreasonable.
