Put him under actual pressure. The two times I've seen it, at one of the first 2020 primary debates and this most recent disaster of a press conference, his eye exploded and he couldn't name the group he's currently at war with/blaming for why someone might think he's senile. Let him face hostile town halls and press conferences without sycophants until either he either proves our lying eyes wrong or pieces fall off of him.
