Whenever my UPS gets power my LG CX comes on even if it was off when the power went away (zerobytes.monster)

So power goes away and UPS battery gets enabled, then when power returns the LG turns on despite it being off before

Is this an LG issue or a UPS issue?

I do have my nvidia shield connected but i disabled cec
