Nothing more ignorant as deep religious people which don't see the signs.

religion is entertainment designed to make people feel like theyre doing something good. while they are technically being willfully ignorant, the parents are more simply focused on their own gratification and don't want to be bothered with solving actually crises or doing actual good. they just want to be told they are good because that feels good. thats what keeps them putting money in the plate. their own gratification.

Is, is that bread to satiate my hunger father?

No, my child, that’s my cock, it’s going to go up your ass in just a minute. Let us pray.

This is what happens when you have a blatantly undemocratic system of government where people's votes aren't counted equally so that a radical minority can fuck shit up for everybody else.

Is that how we "elect" a new pope?

The first-past-the-post system is definitely a huge part of the problem. But in the US Senate the Republicans have the same number of seats with 40 million fewer votes. But somehow that is never a big issue in public discourse. If I was living in the US, I'd be shouting it from the rooftops every day.

The bigger issue is the US making states vote, not people.

You're probably talking about the "popular vote" which is ignored by the government

Yes, that is what I'm talking about. Until that changes, things will stay fucked up.

The USA is a union of states. The House of Representatives is where the people are represented proportionally. The reason why we have the Senate is so that the smaller states don't get fucked over by the more populous ones, because again, the states are legally equal under the union. I do think FPTP and the electoral college are stupid though.

This is what happens when you have no tax control.
