Both are MKV.

The first is:

h.264, 1280x720, bitrate 3328 kbps, size 1.4 GB

The second is:

h.265, 1920x960, bitrate 1508 kbps, size 800 MB

Which one has better quality? I would say the h.265 but I read that h.265 is better than h.264 only if they are at the same bitrate. In this case the h.265 file has not even half of the h.264 file's bitrate, does it means that the one with better quality is the h.264?
