is this kinda coil whine for a sf750 normal?

it only seems to be making this noise when my gpu is under load, not my cpu. i have tried different two different gpus and it makes the same noise. only seems to make the noise when higher than a certain wattage, and my gpu is using two separate pcie cables. i have an rtx 2080.
