I'm trying to boot up my dad's old MyCloud Mirror. Unsure if it's Gen 1 or 2.

Is it normal that it boots up and down repeatedly? It's been going for at least 10 minutes at this point.

It started out by beginning to boot the first drive, then shutting down quickly. Then it moved on to completely booting up the first drive, beginning to boot up the second drive, and then shutting down quickly. Now it's booting up the first drive completely, and seemingly shutting down again before the second drive gets spinning at all. It repeats this over and over again.

The power adapter also looks to be getting really hot.

Any advice?
