What the hell is he talking about? Spending 2% of our gdp for defence this year? Can that moron not read a calendar? (obviously not): The year has only just started. And even if we don't: we didn't agree on paying the difference to Mr Trump.
The number is probably the added up deficits on military spending throughout the years NATO exists.

However it is obvious that the Republicans do not even want to send aid to Ukraine, which had US protection under the Budapest Memorandum. No way they send American soldiers to die to defend Europe.
