One of my friends suggested me to go for morning walk to get energy for work throughout the day. I took it lightly initially. But it really is as important and eye opening as she claimed.
There's something different about the morning wind that touches my face and the energy it fills within. On the first day, I wore a full sleeves cardigan, jeans and socks to cover myself up. But today, I don't even need to wear these to feel warm. The energy I feel inside gives me the warmth I need. We start at 5:30 AM when it's completely dark and return home after a 3 km walk finished in half an hour, then we perform some yoga exercises specially Surya Namaskaram when the sun starts to rise.
I'm not talking about the positive effects on the body, that's obvious. But it has a such a deep motivational impact on the mind as well! All the toxins are released and the mind opens up to be able to function fully. I feel I can work effortlessly and don't need to strain my grey cells too much.
