That will hide your own posts and replies as well. So if you post something and go to check on it later in your profile it wont show up. I thought my posts were being deleted for awhile there, till I looked it up.

I actually had an idea to make a productivity app that would limit this kind of addictive behavior.

It'd just interrupt and say "hey homie you've opened this app like x times in y minutes. Chill"

And give an option to ignore the ingeruotion for z minutesz in case you're switching for a good reason.
