I've been told that recording my workout is a great way to improve my form. I tried it a couple of times and showed it to someone else (because I didn't know what to look for) and thought about using this as a motivation to workout too.
So, what would you think about a stream or YouTube channel with a daily workout video? No trying to sell anything or tell people how to do a specific exercise (since I'm definitely not an expert). Just simply "I'm doing my workout. We can virtually workout together. I didn't skip today, so you shouldn't either."
Of course, I wouldn't workout everyday. Instead I'd do day 1 workout, day 2 stretching, day 3 workout, etc.
My mentality is that if I have an audience that's expecting a video each day, then I'm more likely to actually do it since I don't want to disappoint them and I know it's healthy for me. I'd make it into a journey to fitness with monthly progress reports and comparing my before (day 1) and after (current month) pictures to show the real progress being made.
What do you think? Would anyone actually want to watch this? Do channels/streams like this already exist? Would it genuinely keep you motivated (if you were watching) to workout too? Would it keep you motivated (if you were posting) too?
