I'm 16F, and trying to get into the Air Force Academy. Please help me get motivated to go to the gym and do better in school. Please help me believe in myself and just do it, and not be afraid of failure. Please help me be mentally strong. I'm a huge procrastinator and I just want to be able to get things done. I'm hoping someone can say something that can help me. Thanks.
