So hello everyone, just wanted to share my experience and ask for advice on it - I always get into this weird stagnation when winter starts ( end of October / start of November). I always find it so hard to keep up and I do my tasks with more difficulty than when spring starts and in any other period of the year. But, this year I need to work and can't buy myself 2 or 3 months of doing nothing. And I must say - I'm not depressed, I don't have mental health issues - I checked all of that, I just become weirdly slow in the winter time and need advice how to overcome it. I also sleep more the minute it becomes colder outside.
