Sometimes, I feel like I took time for granted. During my college days, I often thought about staying back at night to study, but I would consistently postpone it for the next day. As time passed, I noticed that I had been Postponing for weeks and months, leading to struggles during exam times, and laziness became a habit.
I came to the realization that staying in my comfort zone wasn't conducive to achieving anything significant and breaking limitations is essential to make progress.
Now, whenever I sense that I'm falling behind or have important tasks pending, I make an effort to complete them right away instead of delaying them for later or tomorrow. I've come to understand that there is no tomorrow; there is only now and this moment is the only reality.
There are times when I feel lazy about doing my daily meditation and yoga, and the thought of postponing it for tomorrow crosses my mind. In those moments, I remind myself of Sadhguru's quote: "You don't do meditation for a lifetime; just do it today." We often live under the illusion that we have a long time ahead of us, but in reality, we don't know what will happen in the very next moment.
