Lemmy world is apparently having some authentication issues, causing some actions to fail and sort of signing you out. "Sort of" because refreshing will sometimes fix the login temporarily.

Happening to me, too, while trying to browse communities. I'd click "Subscribe" and sometimes it would register, and sometimes not. I'm gonna have to go back through them again to see if the subscriptions actually stuck on half of them now. :(
