So basically, me and my dad are going to our first arsenal game after being lifelong supporters. Basically, I made both mine and his accounts for the membership at the start of the season, and when going through it for the second time to make his account I must have accidentally set his date of birth to mine, and have not realised until today. We are going to the wolves game this weekend, and Brighton in a few weeks and now we both have Young Adult . The only difference I can find is the fact that one is 25% cheaper than the other. Now as we have these, I don't want to change his age on the app in case it makes him ineligible for entry or something. I do not mind paying the extra amount on top to make sure he has the right one to turn it into a normal Adult one. Does anyone know if they will still let him in with this and I shouldn't be worried, or is there someone at arsenal I can contact to rectify this. Its cost a lot of money in transport already to the game so if we were to miss out at the final hurdle it would be way too much to take. Cheers

Contacting Arsenal customer service is probably the way to go

You should probably call just in case. When you go through the turnstiles the lights will flash a different colour depending on a certain age.

If it’s any solace sometimes when my brother can’t go and a friend or random uses his season ticket, the stewards have never checked. He is a young adult and people of all ages have used his ticket.

Better safe than sorry I'd say, so I would just contact the club about it. I'd be an incredible shame to miss the game due to something like that.
