I'm confused how Partey's return is meant to help us? Our problems are not in build up which is Partey's strength. His longshots into row Z will not break down low blocks
The Arsenal
If you build faster you face less low blocks. And he feeds our attackers through the block as good as anyone in world football.
Well, we are building up slower and creating fewer chances this season. That’s just fact.
Also it will be December fixtures soon which is the most hectic part of the season. Need everyone fit.
Partey is still Partey.
I agree with most of what you're saying but with Partey, at least Rice will be able to shoot at goal in central positions. Only Trossard seems to do it well.
Rice Partey is still better than Jorginho Partey. Will help us win CL final 1-0 style
Odegaard has stuggled without Partey picking up his movement for a line-breaking pass. Speed of build up is likely our biggest attacking issue.
He is still better than Jorginho defensively, and Rice will have a bit more freedom to go forward (or maybe Partey will be the one going forward).
Dickhead Carragher talking shit
odd how quickly he's taken a 180 on us. last year i feel like carragher was our biggest cheerleader first half of the season. he was one of the first "analysts" backing us to win the league.
meanwhile, this season, neville is predicting us to win the title and carragher slanders us every chance he gets.
almost like the producers make them draw straws to decide who will be running with which narrative every season. probably not far off the truth.
I’m guessing the Carra u turn is because Liverpool are in the race this year.
Havertz = Fellaini (positive)
So funny seeing how spurs fan have suddenly they decided they hate reckless tackles after they been using them as evidence to try and argue romero is a good defender for months

Rodrigo Bentancur, as per reports in Uruguay, is expected to miss 2.5 months with an ankle injury suffered against Aston Villa on Sunday. More on @MailSport
Ooof. Hate Spurs but have to feel sorry for the guy, quality player and now out for almost 3 months after just coming back from an ACL.
Anyone in Porto watching the game tomorrow? Or does someone have a recommendation for a good pub?
Currently looking at going to the Adega Sports Bar!
Do we have an estimated return date for Partey?
I rewatched the Brentford game yesterday. I have to say, while frustrated watching live, on replay, we were comfortably in control the entire match. The criticism of our lack of quick passing when Brentford are defending with 10 inside the 18 is a bit asinine, imo. The ball is only traveling 30 yards back and forth, in such a confined area the defenders only have to move a maximum of 5-8 yards to be in a correct position to nullify an attack. I see why we cross so much with an in swinger to the back post, it’s one of the best ways to score even teams are defending so deep.
In retrospect, I think Kai should have come on at half. Jesus just doesn’t have the imposing figure that is going to force defenders to pinch into the middle further, thereby opening up space for Saka and Martinelli.
easy to say in retrospect
We really went to the Nou Camp in 2016 with an Elneny Flamini pivot
Didn't ESR also have groin surgery last season. Now Vieira. What are they doing in training?
Groin play.
Just watched ljunberg MNF Segment am always baffled how that classic invincibles 4-4-2 didn't win the UCL that's why am always spiteful at Barcelona and celebrate their pain
Think it might have been exactly that. 442 in europe probably cost us against a few european sides
We have conceded 3 goals away from home this season. The goals?
- Saliba handball pen vs Chelsea
- Mudryk failed cross
- PGMOL robbery at Newcastle
Any of u guys know any other platform similar to reddit (forum type, high levels of activity) with a different kind of userbase?
Wouldn’t mind an out and out goalscorer to bring off the bench (Immobile).

Obviously I don’t wish ill on any player. Its sad that Bentacur is out again after his first start in 9 months. That said, the pain Spurs’ fans are feeling is great 🥰
So this is the Openda y'all talk about
Does anyone know if it’s possible to either get a shirt I already own customized, or purchase the lettering/patches separately to apply myself?
Lol donnaruma
