I’m successful but lost my motivation.

I’m fairly successful, I work at a large company and make good money multiple 6 figures. I’m married and have a great kid. In my mid thirties. I workout a decent amount. No six pack but I’m in decent shape. However I feel like I’m not working as hard as I could be. I’ve lost my ambition to go further in my career. I can’t seem to set new goals. I’m feeling lost in a spiral of boredom/ fatigue. I try to start writing a book or really workout harder, golfing etc and I always burn out or lose motivation. Anyone else going through this or gone through this? My entire life I’ve always gone above and beyond hit all my goals I’ve set. But in the last year I’m lost.
