ICYMI, Yuzu settled with Nintendo for $2.4M and tl;dr said that Yuzu's primary purpose was to aid and abet piracy. Nintendo won outright.

Lol, you should check out Codeberg once. It has multiple copies of Yuzu.

Sure. I don't believe the source is going to disappear altogether, though I do believe it's going to get harder to find as time goes on.
