You need to understand that this is not about sexuality, but about patriarchy. For them sex is about power over women, not about pleasing them. Cunnilingus focuses on female pleasure, which is a problem for this world view. Men unwilling to take part in the oppression of women are seen as "unmanly". This is expressed through the accusation of being "gay".
Which is funny, because it's much more "unmanly" to be so afraid of not being the ""alpha male"" that you're afraid of giving your partner pleasure. How insecure in your manhood do you need to be to think eating a woman out lowers your status?
I love how even the guy who originally suggested the concept of alpha male says he was wrong and there is no such thing yet people still go around thinking they are one.

For a lot of them it's about being gay or ace and deep, deep in denial. Masculinity as a toxic goal says they gotta be a real manly man, as judged by arbitrary rules ranging from archaic to stupid to just plain nonsense. Failure to uphold all those contradictory goals means someone's gonna revoke their penis license.
The guy who wrote The Game has a deeply telling passage that's like 'a vagina's just a wet hole, right?,' and that page might as well come with a collection of queer flag stickers for taking bets about how exactly this dude is not straight. Some of these future fascists don't even know why they'd want sex, except that they've been told to.
The most charitable possible reading is that they figure it's when everything will snap together and make sense. Like post-nut clarity is literal enlightenment so long as there's a woman, y'know, adjacent.
The least charitable reading is that they don't think other people are real.
Yeah they see a man submitting to a woman as gay. I’ve long suspected it’s part of why so many submissive men are into forced bi. Though I think that’s also because a ton more men are actually at least a little bi than admit it. But yeah and so many men see giving oral as an act of submission rather than an act of mutual pleasure. It makes me sad for all y’all straight folks that such attitudes are even remotely common.
