Some mod authors have most definitely already done that. Only 250$ USD for a hand carved set on Etsy.
Sometimes I see a nude depiction and wonder to myself if it's artsy or pornographic. In this case she's fingering herself, so that answers that question
I think the hand is covering the critical parts, not playing. Then again looking at the face, she seem to be enjoying it quite a bit
