Teams with cap space that can sign him are the Rockets and Magic. The rumours of him going to the Sixers require more cap maneuvering (i.e. a S+T). I don't know how much he actually cares about winning, rather he wants his bag (and I say this as a Raptors fan).

Maybe the best situation for him is Orlando. They could be a play-in team as soon as next year, and they have lots of cheap talent on the roster so they can pay FVV the money he wants.

FVV wants 30MM. If you're choosing between FVV @ 30MM or Harden @ 40MM, it's a real discussion. That's almost a full MLE player.

Are the rockets really one James harden away from competing? Had to be Harden negotiating tactic. Only way I see FVV at either of those teams is if he just wants a bag like you said
