What terrorist activity was performed in west bank to get 2000 people arrested without charges?

Question is about west bank, which is ruled by comprador PA regime. you cant just linka list of all attacks for 70 years, and say this is the reason why in the last 4 months 2000 people were arrested in west bank. (unless you think palestinians have inherent terrorist gene/skull shape)
