Still experimenting with multiple images here.. anyway..

After having some delicious pinwheels at some social event, my girlfriend and I have been on a kick making these.

Ingredients are, in order:

  • Wrap
  • Sauce mix of truffle mayo, grain mustard, and for me - some hot sauce
  • Lettuce
  • Turkey slices, and ham slices
  • White cheddar
  • ROLL!

We're still working on ways to make this process easier. She tends to just cut hers in half and eat it as a wrap. The pre-chopped lettuce probably makes this harder to roll instead of using large leafs.

This one fell apart as I was rotating the wheels sideways for photos (hence the attempt!). I ate the evidence before the shot.

I like using red pepper hummus, and shredded romaine. It works a bit stronger as lettuce glue!
