Hi,

3 years ago i was in a work accident, after some operations and back and forth with specialists im currently in an open case with AES.

My employer, filled some forms and in one one them they declare that i was in sick leave for 2 weeks after the accident, but is no true. I continued to work with my injury until a month or so later when i was called in for the first operation.

Question: is there a way for me to proof to AES that my employer is lying? is there some sort of registration of sick leave in Boger.dk? I’ve never been in sick leave in my 5 years here so i’ve not idea were to look to be honest.

i did full time and my normal task, like nothing ever happened

That would be illegal then. You'd have been sent an email through Borger.dk where you were supposed to accept this. If you did, then you are likely liable yourself. If you didn't then I'd highly recommend talking to your union.
