Page two says at the top: Bemærkninger fra Tid til anden om hans karakter og opførsel. (Notes now and then on his character and behavior)

En meget letsindig Gut, hvis fremtid ikke ser meget lys ud. (A very flighty/unserious lad, who does not appear to have a bright future.)
Det vil have på (omstændighederne?) (? ? ?) Hans (?) have været i det hele upåklageligt. (It would be (circumstances?) (something ???) Hans (?) has been for the most part unreproachable.)
The middle paragraph is too faint although it seems to be dated 21 November 66, and the last paragraph I’m also having trouble with, it seems he was back in prison again but I’m not sure. The numbers at the end seem to be 29 December 71.

This looks a lot more like the spencerian handwriting script, where the writer has lapsed slightly in the flourishing. It would fit well with the timeline too, as spencerian handwriting was all the rage from 1850 to the inter-war years.

kq7fhxvI think its gothic from my experience during my studies.
Spencerian handwriting got popular in the US from 1860, but would be rare in Europe at that time.

kq92pqtIt's definitely Gothic. It was the dominant form of writing in Scandinavia in the 19th and 18th centuries. If you go to any archive in Denmark and look at documents from that era, they will look like this.
