kpd8ecpPoint 6.2 and 6.3 says you are eligible for sick leave pay. Have you worked more than 78 hours 8 weeks prior to your sick leave, you are eligible for sick leave pay according to Funktionærloven. But since you are not a member of a union, I guess you are on your own to fight that battle, sadly. Edit: Most likely it's the municipality that has to pay for your sick leave if you are sick for more than 14 days.

kpdecfvI have indeed worked for more than 78 hours 8 weeks prior to my sick leave.
I don’t meet the municipality’s criteria of working for 5 months to be eligible for sick leave pay.
