Point 6.2 and 6.3 says you are eligible for sick leave pay. Have you worked more than 78 hours 8 weeks prior to your sick leave, you are eligible for sick leave pay according to Funktionærloven. But since you are not a member of a union, I guess you are on your own to fight that battle, sadly. Edit: Most likely it's the municipality that has to pay for your sick leave if you are sick for more than 14 days.

I have indeed worked for more than 78 hours 8 weeks prior to my sick leave.

I don’t meet the municipality’s criteria of working for 5 months to be eligible for sick leave pay.
