For things that are "hmmm".

Rule 1: All post titles except for meta posts should be just plain "hmmm" and nothing else, no emotes, no capitalisation, no extending it to "hmmmm" etc.

I didn't want to believe this but, if the internet is too be believed, sure enough a select few birds including ducks seem to have penises. I also learned of the term "proto-phallus". What a day.
