Erin Mikan said she was inspired to send in this photo after our recent image from Playa Grande, Mexico, showcasing the Milky Way Galaxy above a bioluminescent bay.

"This image was taken in the Southern Tablelands of New South Wales in Australia between Sydney and Canberra," she said.

"It was taken using my mobile phone, a Google Pixel 7 Pro, in September 2023."
