Posts should be related to UK-centric news, and should be either a link to a reputable source, or a text post on this community.
Opinion pieces are also allowed, provided they are not misleading/misrepresented/drivel, and have proper sources.
If you think "reputable news source" needs some definition, by all means start a meta thread.
Posts should be manually submitted, not by bot. Link titles should not be editorialised.
Disappointing comments will generally be left to fester in ratio, outright horrible comments will be removed.
Message the mods if you feel something really should be removed, or if a user seems to have a pattern of awful comments.

Don't suppose he said why he believed taxpayers need that?
I've experienced working a 4 day week and I found it such a positive experience both from how much I got done in the 4 days and how much happier I was. I'd love for everyone to have that opportunity, especially public sector workers.
I would go so far as to say councils should be working 6 days a week...but doesn't mean it has to be the same people all those days. But would be good if some services could be contacted on a staurday. But that is what shift work is for right
