The difference being that Republicans actually have a candidate (their main candidate in fact) saying that he'll be a dictator for a day and they have elected people supporting him.
Meanwhile the Democrats are all right of center by the standards of any other western democracy and none of them are far left or promoting totalitarianism or other extremist ideals that are associated with what people talk about when they mention "antifa".
I never was talking about candidates - I was talking about "republicans". Regular people like you and I, just having other issues be the ones they focus on and vote for.
Also, let's not act as if candidates for both republicans and democrats aren't pieces of shit. The best choice right now is third party anyways.
