I'm fucking sick of adding 7,000 instances and keywords and blocking instances and still seeing torture porn bullshit

In my experience it depends on how you browse. I have seen porn if I browse by everything/new. This had lead to me blocking a lot of random stuff, not just porn. But if I'm just scrolling subscribed/active or subscribed/new I don't see porn. It may also depend on whether your instance is federated with the instance that supplies most porn.
