I believe 'curb' is what she meant. Honestly the ignorance some full grown voting adults display on the Internet is just completely mind bottling.
Idk about where you're from but it's been curve OR curb for years at this point. How you can somehow make a statement on ignorance out of your own ignorance is poetic in a way.
I've never heard someone use curve in this way, and I've been on the internet for quite a while.
Surprise! The Internet isn't the only place people converse and it's not homogeneous either.
Yes, but it's the only place I converse with people whose first language is English.
Which is fine. That doesn't mean one or the other (curve vs curb) is more correct, English is a living language and as such constantly changes.
Edit: I'd also like to re-emphasize that the internet is not homogeneous.
Or one is wrong and people need to stop using it instead of being ignorant. Like saying I itched myself. Tacky.
