2 days ago I posted in [email protected] and suggested we come over here and consolidate in this community. But now [email protected] has over 50 subscribers so it's actually significantly bigger than this one. Doesn't really matter which community prevails but I figured everyone should be aware of both communities.

I think this one's the larger/more active? At least that's what https://browse.feddit.de/ says

Huh, you're right. I guess when I browse the [email protected] community through sh.itjust.works, it's not keeping an accurate count of the subscribers. It still shows only 21 subs on my browser. There's definitely a noticeable lag in terms of updating user data and content between instances. But yeah, I was right in the first place, we should consolidate here.

yeah, I think the whole federation means different instances have different views of the same things... Lemmy's not big enough (yet!) to have multiple NFL communities (subreddits? sublemmys??) :)

They're officially known as communities but I expect sublemmys will become a common slang term.
