Sheffield United paid the woman 5k a year and then made a 10k tribute after she died. Maybe, i don't know, should have properly paid your women's team? If you can't afford to have a women's team, don't have it, otherwise you are just putting those girls under immense pressure to perform and put their bodies through it all while being paid minimum wage.
