Unfortunately I don't have too much control over the ads :/ With most hardware vendors and companies not specifically focusing on advertising for Linux customers -- especially for Linux desktop / enthusiast type folks, I have to rely on ad networks and things like Google Auto Ads. So I don't have much proactive control besides being able to block obnoxious ads when they are reported to me with like the particular URL of the ad so it can be tracked down.

Uh, yeah you do. adwords has customization. IMO, add a shop, you could sell merch. The website is relatively simple it should not cost that much to run...
