Well if you are thinking about playing the newest AAA games with 8GB of VRAM in high settings it won't be enough, but it really depends on the game. My laptop has a 3070 and I can run games like Doom eternal at 2160p high 60 FPS but Modern warfare 3 for example if it's not with DLSS and 1600p low then I can forget about anything above 60 FPS.
