CA Bloom is a pain to deal with. Loctite have a few recommendations on their website. https://www.loctiteproducts.com/en/know-how/fix-stuff/remove-super-glue.html#:~:text=For%20plastic%3A%20Lay%20a%20damp,substance%20break%20down%20the%20glue.
For future reference you can get low bloom CA glues for plastics that work much better.

For future projects I'd personally recommend crystal clear epoxy. It takes a lot of time to set (40+ minutes) and even more to cure (24-48 hours), but the result is awesome.
