CPU Cooling problems: Just like 95C is normal for Ryzen, 100C is normal for Intel CPUs in many workloads. If you're worried about CPU temperatures, please look at reviews for the laptop or CPU cooler you're using.

I want to use it for gaming like the Sims 4 with expansion packs, mods, CC - games like Texas Chainsaw Massacre and Dead by Daylight and similar games. I also want to use it for personal things - some pictures/music/videos. Ideally I'd like to multitask while playing (Sims, other autonomous games). Which what suit me best do you think?

i7 or even lower would be quite sufficient for this in a laptop, but I suspect i9 might be more energy efficient and thus easier to cool, but I'm judging this based on the desktop cpus, not laptop. So if the price didn't matter at all I'd consider researching the laptop i9 models, but if it matters even a little bit then i9 is a too pricy overkill.
