At the moment i have a 13700f and it looks like i have a cpu bottleneck with my current gpu (a 4090) and im not sure what would be the best option for upgrading since im also a bit flat on money now since i got my new gpu

Also im not sure if the prices here in my country are high but the 13900k is about 700 USD and the 14900k is about 800usd and the 14700k is about 500usd.

My advice-

Just enjoy your game. There's always something more you can do, always something better. Even if your rocking a 4090 and 7950x3d, 7800x3d, 14900k, 13900k, exc exc you will still find yourself pushing and wanting to see how much more you can get. I've been heavily debating doing a water loop on my build pretty much for the same reason you want a better processor. Just to see bigger numbers. Its not like your games are running poorly or unplayable. Not like your going to get more enjoyment and a better experience with a slightly faster CPU that can push a couple of extra frames.

Fomo is a bitch. Your goal of using the 4090 a long time like "the 1080ti ppl" is kinda counter productive to your goal of "upgrading" a 13th gen to a 14th gen CPU.

If you gonna do it, I feel like you're probably going to kick yourself if you don't get the 14900k. It's really the only "upgrade" worth anything from where you are now and even that is debatable. To get anything less is extra pointless imo.
